AYBA travel league participates in Minnesota Youth Athletic Services' Gopher State league. Ages for this league (2024 season) are as follows: 

  • 10U - Cannot be 11 before May 1st, 2024. (typically entering 4th grade Sept. 2024)
  • 11U - Cannot be 12 before May 1st, 2024. (typically entering 5th grade Sept. 2024)
  • 12U - Cannot be 13 before May 1st, 2024. (typically entering 6th grade Sept. 2024)
  • 13U - Cannot be 14 before May 1st, 2024. (typically entering 7th grade Sept. 2024)
  • 14U - Cannot be 15 before May 1st, 2024. (typically entering 8th grade Sept. 2024)

There are 2 levels of play at each age group. AAA is the highest level of competition, while AA is an intermediate level of play. Generally, there is one AAA team at each age group, with remaining teams playing at the AA level.
