Registration for summer legion teams will open on March 23th. You must create or sign into your SportsEngine account to register your player.

If you prefer to register offline, please print and fill out the 3 documents below. The volunteer form and $350 deposit, along with the registration form and $750 fee must all be mailed together to the following address:
