Consistent with the AYBA mission "to have a baseball program that rigorously teaches the fundamentals of baseball while incorporating life skills intended to equip young men with the qualities they will need later in life", the AYBA umpire program strives to do the same with its staff of umpires.

Each AYBA umpire will be held to these same high standards and expectations parents and players expect from themselves and their coaches.
